Welcome to the Veteran Connection Programme
VCP is a unique short intervention targeting the specific challenges faced by many military service leavers when transitioning to civilian life: social isolation, lack of social support, and disconnectedness.

Based on decades of research on the effect of social groups on our own well-being, VCP helps military personnel leaving the forces by exploring the importance of group memberships to our own health & wellbeing and provide the skills needed to reconnect with old groups and finding new meaningful group membership - no matter where you go after leaving the service.

Developed by Veterans and Academics, we are currently testing VCP to ensure it is fit for purpose and reflective of Veterans experiences. So if you are struggling with your transition to civilian life or found your experience of leaving difficult and want to make it easier for future service-leavers, get involved.
If you are interested in participating, complete this form and we'll get in touch with you with some more info and schedule a short call to discuss how you can participate.
